This is a nice place for storage. The clerks are friendly and helpful. Especially, the manager Cyril is a nice gentleman. He satisfied all my need for my business including storing my car and extending my storage for extra weeks. Their storages are heated during wintertime, which means that your stuff stored here won't get frozen. Though far from Edmonton downtown, it's still close to the major road in Sherwood Park, giving its easy access. Overall, a good rating.

I used this location for when I moved into my first home last month, they we extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. They made sure to figure out what I was using the unit for and said gave me the options that were best suited for my needs. The sign up process was very easy and as well as when I was done using the unit. The price is very fair for the size that I chose and if I ever move again or need to store anything I will be using this location again

I was very pleased with the Sherwood Park Broadmoor Blvd location’s service. Specifically Cyril’s customer service! He was so professional and helpful. Always had a very positive attitude and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage.

Fantastic service and great rates! The deal offered was a great incentive, especially since I only needed the unit short-term. I've never used a storage facility before, and John was super informative and patient with all of my questions. The storage unit was a great way to hold some of my furniture and items temporarily in a pinch when I had to move during the worst time of the year (during a winter storm). The outdoor unit itself was clean and accessible - I had no concerns whatsoever. I would definitely use this place again if I needed, and would recommend them to my friends.
