My car wouldn’t start when i went to leave. I asked the worker if i could borrow the phone to call someone as my phone was dead too. He offered to let me use his phone and let me use his phone charger. He then offer to charge my battery using his personal vehicle. Gave advice as to troubleshoot whether the battery or alternator was the issue. 10/10 customer service.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They took me out to see my unit, stayed after closing time to finish my transaction as I needed the storage unit that day.
Only thing that wasn't done was they told me they Wud dust out my unit for me but because it was late I think they forgot.
They have a huge, happy, beautiful Poinsettia plant in the office that I appreciated/ loved seeing. 💐🌸
The plant gives the office a calming environment.
Not many people can keep Poinsettias alive all year long♥️♥️
