Great place , staff is amazing , super easy to deal with and understanding ! My unit rental was finished that day and I called and a staff member named Shukria answered and I explained her to her that I wasn't able to get there by 5:00 p.m. as I work until 6:00 all the way out in Fort Saskatchewan so I was able to move out my stuff that night and she said to worry about it. We'll take care of the walk-through in the morning. Just give us a call and see how everything went! . Amazing accomodation and customer service! 100% recommend!

Not happy with the hidden fees. Been harassed daily, threatened with penalties. Needed a new lock, had Sentinel put a new lock on the storage unit, was charged for it, expected. Never picked up the keys, Sentinels office still had the keys, But, charged me for a lock removal, due to being late for paying rent on unit. The lack of communication with in the company is unacceptable. I paid my what's owed and removed my belongings from the unit. Not once was asked about anything, or why I was late. All they did was demand money. Regardless of the tremendous change my family hand to endure.
Not trying to be a bleeding heart. Communicate with your customers.
UHaul is the way to go!

Cindy, Anna and the call center rep were great to deal with. The facility was clean and easy to use.
