We have had a storage unit here for a few years. Our unit is individually alarmed and you need your code to entry the inside loading area as well as for the door into the facility from the loading area. Having the loading area indoors is helpful during rainy days and extra beneficial in the cold winter months. The facility is always clean and the staff are helpful. Thank you especially to John and Jashan for their service!

I have used this Sherwood Park location many times now. John, the manager is nothing short of amazing. Extremely professional and kind. The place is super clean and the prices are good. I would recommend to anyone who might need storage short term or long term.

Just finished securing a heated unit with John here at Prime Storage for my new car.
The facility is extremely clean and organized and the customer service was top shelf.
I got a great deal for 5 months and am very happy with the entire experience.

I highly recommend Prime Storage. They are in a great location in Sherwood Park. The units are very clean and the service we received from John was exceptional. He answered all our questions showed us around and gave us a great rate especially compared to other storage places that we have visited that did not compare to Prime Storage. I highly recommend Prime Storage and dealing with John.

Prime storage has been a fantastic place to get a storage unit!
I spoke with John on the phone throughout the process of setting up my unit and he was very helpful. They made the process easy and were very flexible working around my changing schedule and uncertain date for getting my unit.
The facility is clean and well maintained! I could not be happier with my choice!
