We have had a storage unit here for a few years. Our unit is individually alarmed and you need your code to entry the inside loading area as well as for the door into the facility from the loading area. Having the loading area indoors is helpful during rainy days and extra beneficial in the cold winter months. The facility is always clean and the staff are helpful. Thank you especially to John and Jashan for their service!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff make all the difference, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping you feel confident about where your belongings are being stored.
The facility itself is spotless. Hallways, units, and common areas are consistently clean and well‑maintained. Security measures are solid, and the whole place feels organized and cared for.

It’s the people at Prime Storage who have earned this five star review! I’ve been a customer at prime storage for many, many years and they have always been extremely pleasant to deal with. They maintain the facility extremely well. It is always clean and they are always available to answer questions. It’s important to deal with good people and the whole team at Sherwood Park Prime Storage are just that: Really Good People. They have gotten to know their clientele well and always recognized me when I walked in the door. They always did their best to address any questions and treated me respectfully, fairly and kindly even when it came time that I no longer needed the storage space. Should I require storage space again in the future, I certainly will go back to Prime Storage in Sherwood Park for the incredible staff and relationship they build with their clientele.

Washroom facilities so you get that moving dust washed off your hands - yes.
