We were very happy with our Prime Storage experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was always clean and well lit and seemed safe even when we accessed our storage unit after hours (which we did quite often). This was our first time renting a storage unit and it was a very good way for us to downsize when we sold our house. I would certainly recommend Prime Storage.

This place is great, but what makes it great is the staff on hand… John, Chris and Josue have all been pleasant from day one.
The storage unit is warm, clean, and the Drive in bay is most definitely appreciated, especially in colder months.

This place is great. A family member of mine had rented with them for years. Recently I had to clean out the unit due to that family member passing away and John was super helpful. They made the entire process go very smoothly and if I ever find myself in need of storage, I will definitely remember them. 5 stars for sure.

I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Chris and John. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure all of my needs were met. From answering all my questions to helping me with the rental process, they made everything smooth and easy. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and care. Highly recommend this location!

Rented a unit today. The customer service was outstanding, very friendly and very knowledgable. John from the moment we walked in greeted us and made us feel very welcome. John went above and beyound. The place is very cleaned and well maintained. I highly recommend anyone who needs storage to check out this place first. John was an amazing customer service rep. Deserves more than 5 star rating...
